One of the first things a new Pandorabot botmaster should do is to fill in (or change) the values of the default properties settings. Say to your bot, "bot properties" and you'll see a list of what sorts of things they cover (Age, Favorite book, and so on) that help to create a personality for your bot. They are "short-cuts" to answers that will save you time and effort, and they're important because they're used so frequently. Without supplying a value to each bot property, your bot will reply with incomplete or generic answers that the visitor may find unsatisfactory.
You can change your "bot properties" by logging on to your Pandorabot, and in the second row of the top navigation bar, click "properties". Once there, you can change, add, or remove each value. In any case, you should leave no window empty. When you're satisfied with the changes and additions you've made, remember to click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the page to "save" what you've altered.
