While perusing some of the older postings, I came across this from an old friend of the A.I. Nexus Forum who doesn't visit as frequently as he used to. John (jesusarmy) is one of those code wizards who has always stepped in and saved the day for many a botmaster, including this one.
One of the first things new botmasters like to do for their bot is to begin creating its own unique personality, and disguising the ALICE affiliation. A quick and simple way is described in THIS POST from jesusarmy.
Eventually, you may wish to keep some of the patterns and change them rather than preventing them all from being called upon. The same method described in John's post can be employed for other files such as Wallace.aiml, which sometimes gives away the ALICE connection when you least expect it, or AI.aiml to reduce the machine-like character of your bot.
